For those of you who don't know, I work as a game artist at Broken Bulb Studios. Part of the reason I've been pretty dead on DA for the last few months, among many other crazy happenings...was that our team was hard at work completing our brand new facebook game, Miscrits!

I've gotten the go ahead to showcase my art elsewhere now, so I'll be posting a few of my contributions to the game. The 'crits themselves are, of course, the most fun to draw, but this is nowhere NEAR close to all I did on this game. From concept to finish, I worked hard drawing creatures, characters, outfits, the world, animating the character, creating effect animations for magical attacks, UI concepts, and so much more. All of the artists at our company wear quite a few hats, and we get the opportunity to do and learn so many new things!

This is Lumera, one of our earliest Miscrit concepts, and the first really "darker" design. I really like the final form > He's a badass.
