heres two quick tips

her hair looks like its sliding off the left side of the head. 
and the lips are a little too blurry near the intersection of the teeth

other wise its fantastic!

Ohh boii, and this i mean really seriously, you have to really go back and learn how to draw forms, or shade forms, everything looks flat because you have no idea of construction, and no idea how to shade those forms.!
