I’m surprised that I couldn’t find a stamp like this.Shipping wars are dumb and pointless. Everyone is entitled to an opinion and you shouldn’t tell others they are wrong in what they think. These dumb wars over whose right and whose wrong have taken the fun out of shipping. There is no use fighting over who belongs with who when we do not have the final decision, when we have no idea how things will turn out. People need to stop fighting and just get back to supporting their shippings without confrontation. It is possible to support your pairing without everyone agreeing. So please STOP THE SHIPPING WARS!

I can't stand shipping because of the all romance desperate fangirls and fanboys.
The only times I ship is to experiment with crossover fandom ships. I also like to experiment with couples for my stories with lemons and building romantic relationships.
I do this because I'm an aspiring author and hope to my own book or franchise one day.

I used to be a big fan of Sonic until I dropped out of the fanbase. It wasn't because the games were getting bad, I just got tired of the fighting between Sally fans and Amy fans. Personally, I never shipped Sonic with anyone (except with Elise to piss off the SonAmy fans and an OC to piss of SonSal fans). The Shadow X Rouge and Knuckles X Rouge fans were no better. Yeah, after a period of arguing on multiple forums, I just stopped following Sonic fandom completely.

Oh do I live shipping, but I hate it when ship wars happen. It makes me so sad that people are arguing over something that is supposed to be just for fun. Did you know that Shipping Wars ruins the reputation of one of both characters who are shipped with other one?
Like people hate Hinata in favor of NaruSaku, people hate on Courtney in favor of Duncan x Gwen and people hate Spike in favor of Rarijack and other Rarity ships.
IMO, thanks to these shipping wars, Total Drama World Tour is what gives nice, sweet and kind girls like Fluttershy, Princess Bubblegum and Hinata Hyuga a bad name.

I totally agree with this. I especially hate it when people will quit a fandom in a tantrum when their OTP doesn't pan out. If that was the reason you were paying attention to it, you really need to reconsider your standings.
Shipping in itself should be an idle thought. It takes away from enjoying development as a whole. /soapbox
