Yes, it IS Artemis Fowl, the lovely protagonist and title character of that series of books that I hate. I dunno, I know they have a lot of fans but they're boring. I remember in sixth grade the teacher was reading the book aloud to us and I kept falling asleep. They just bore me. And I don't like the main character. He bores me. I just don't find any of the characters interesting, hence the book can rot on my bookshelf for all I care.

On a more technical side this was a total ASS to draw. Photoshop, not surprisingly, kept screwing up on me, but this time it was not lack of pressure sensitivity, it was too much. The damn thing would kept drawing even when I lifted my pen up from the tablet to hover! ARGH! That's why the lineart is so sloppy and the highlights in the hair are so terrible looking and there's stray lines everywhere. DAMN YOU PHOTOSHOP. *insert that one knifing emoticon here*

Well, this was a fun practice in digital screentones.
