Here the music I listened too when drawing and piecing together this artwork(it's some awesome inspirational music!)

Why is the title Together! We are strong!? Because Pearl and Steven have gone through a lot in the series and they know how to be strong in the real way! Together they created a special bond of not being the strongest gem! Here's a saying that I alway hold dear to me and I believe that pearl and steven show some of theses traits.

                                                          I AM STRONG
                                              because i know my weaknesses
                                                          I AM BEAUTIFUL
                                              because i am aware of my flaws
                                                          I AM FEARLESS
                                      because i learnt to recognise, illusion from real
                                                          I AM WISE
     because i learn from my mistakes
                                                          I AM A LOVER
because i have felt hate
and...
                                                      I CAN LAUGH
because i have known sadness


My artwork reflects the theme of "How to be strong in the real way" using Steven and Pearls special bond.
Both characters have gone through a lot in the series whether it's other people doubting their abilities, them not believing they were strong enough, or just doubting themselves. They have hit their low points and they have reached their high points! They are true role models to people showing that there are different ways of being strong not just physically.

I drew them in the middle of this piece doing their strong pose! Behind them is different screenshots that I picked out of both Steven and Pearl in their high and low moments. They are all from different episode and seasons. From when pearl hit her low when she realizes that rose isn't coming back, to when she punches Peridot in the face and telling her she is a pearl(and she's proud of it!)! And for Steven realizing his shield powers to protect people to and him trying to live up to his mother legacy. I was thinking about drawing out the artwork but why not use ACTUAL screenshot from STEVEN UNIVERSE to tell a story. For the border, it is the pink tree from episode one when pearl was teaching Steven how to control his powers. On top of it are roses flowers. Because even through rose isn't there physically Steven and pearl know that she's looking over them. And Rose plays a big factor in Pearl and Steven lives.
