i know this took a while but i had inspiration from a newly found friend thats currently on "wickedcamchat" with me right now but thanks you, whoever you are and i know the jolteon one is fu*ked the hell up but id like to see you do better...honestly i would cuz im not sure how else t'would have been done with jolteon as the base

2 tips to ensure the splices have max visual impact that I've found effective
1: ALWAYS save in PNG- JPG or JPEG (same thing, different abb. really) rape the image quality badly.
2: Transparent backgrounds can be effective- For single pokemon it works beautifully imo. Not sure about something like this, but it's worth looking at. Paint.net, GIMP, and Photoshop all can give transparent backgrounds (Though I'm most familiar with Paint.net).

thanks for the tips i have gimp im nowhere near familiar with it i always save my stuff as .TIFF and they upload as JPEG its weird

JPEG is an image file compression format. Meaning its supposed to make it smaller in file space, but again, just save in PNG and you won't have to worry. If you can't get transparent BG with gimp, look up paint.net and get it. I'd be able to explain the process to some decency, or at least post a deviation showing the icons and how to set it.
