While I've gripes with your proportion-work, especially the head-palm ratio, which makes him look like a shaved gorilla on steroids, it's really good work overall.
The attention to detail is impressive, and I can particularly appreciate you being consequent in terms of dominant lightsource positioning (my, that sounded pretentious; non-snob translation: "I like the consistent shading" ). The gritty feel to the background works well, and the general 'texturing' leave little to be desired.
To sum it up, while the character design itself is horribly American-Commando-III muscle and armament heavy, you're not to blame (well, perhaps for the anatomy bit, but to each their own) and your linework as mentioned is very impressive, especially in the sheer amount of detail.
