According to Nonbinary.org :Deminonbinary, or demienby, is a gender identity for someone who partially identifies as nonbinary.
(Oh, and I didn't invent this flag or the term "deminonbinary." I'm not sure who did.)

I dont think you can be partly nonbinary, nonbinary isn't a gender it's a gender term.

So what term you are looking for is demigender.
Demigender is a gender identity that involves feeling a partial, but not a full, connection to a particular gender identity. Demigender people often identify as non-binary. Examples of demigender identities include demigirl, and demiboy, and demiandrogyne.

However, thank you so much for mentioning demigender! I just realized that I didn't have demigender on my flag list, so I'll try to make that soon. It has almost the same flag as this; the only difference is that the yellow stripes are bigger and the white line is very thin. I hope you don't mind if I use your definition in the description (I'll credit you!).
