Description
Kelpmongers hatch on a shoreline nest of reeds, dry seaweed, & sand. Unlike the adult, they are flight capable- serving the pod as a scout & parasite cleaner until it is large enough to join the rest under the sea. Noted is their shift from crab-eating to full herbivory in age.
