I wasn't gonna consider drawing this at first, but then I decided to.This shot of Brian is based on the "Long John Peter" episode when Chris whacks him with a chair as an excuse to go to the vet to see Anna. When I first saw Brian after he got hit with the chair, I cringed a little (mostly because his nose was ripped quite a bit).
There are quite a few differences between my version and the original shot of Brian:
- The blood was replaced with bruise marks (I added more bruise marks though).
- The pieces of wood that were sticking out of him were not drawn in this one.
- His nose is not ripped nor broken (I originally was gonna have his nose twisted, but without the exposed skin).
- I added injuries to the rest of his body as opposed to just his head.
I had some difficulty drawing his bent nose, so I just drew his nose the way it normally is.

Vinnie should play the role as a detective dog in helping Stewie find out who killed Brian and why. Sure, that might mean it becomes a recurring event, but this gives Vinnie a chance to have fans love the new dog.
Also, because animals and babies are known to see ghosts, Brian should return as an earth-bound spirit searching for answers regarding his fatality.
