Description
This one wasn't too terribly difficult to sketch. I ended up rotating the source photo so that it'd be easier to sketch on paper. I used a couple of reference photos to do the tornado effect, which is definitely toned down here compared to the original, but I still did what I could.

I also decided to basically have the Looney Tunes logo as the background. I used the colour picker to select the darkest and lightest colour in the logo and then did a gradient effect.
