A commission starring Selvaria from Valkyria Chronicles! Good game. Liked Valkyria Chronicles 2 quite a bit, as well, despite having a number of flaws compared to the first. It redeemed itself plenty with just how gratifying the huge crushing melee attacks were to set up and knock out enemies with. That small aspect alone probably shouldn't have counted for so much in my final analysis of the game, but...it did! Yyyyyyup.

Also fun: how uneventful and slow-paced the story is the whole way though until ONE mission suddenly appears and within the span of it and the cutscene right after there have been like fifteen different plot twists full of far-reaching consequences and shocking revelations all wrestling to be more significant than each other all within thirty seconds of each other. And I found myself wondering if maybe they should have paced it a bit differently.

Why am I spending so much time talking about the second game when I don't think Selvaria even has a canon appearance in it? Not sure! It's just a weird game, left an impression.
