I love the hand, it looks wicked.

The face itself could use some more work imo, at the moment it just seems to be a few large holes and lots of intact areas, possibly have cracks spreading out from the holes and different sizes of break in different places.

Of course, if you wanted to be really adventurous you could add bone/skull behind the holes

The holes that you have got on there look good though...

ooh, i like this much. beautiful girl... the holes could use a bit of work, they seem more like a decayed hole in an old canvas or something. instead of on her face... but it still looks very nice, well contrasted, the tiny trail of holes on the right cheek is an interesting look. me likes.
