I think you've got the perspective perfect, its a very hard angle but you got it so well O_O the anatomy is also freaking good 
I also like the atmosphere in this piece, its kinda gloomy but also light
the fur aslo looks freaking good ! 
and I really like it that you drew a realistic wolf completely anatomical correct and without crazy colors 
hmp maybe you could have added a bit more texture at the white parts of the wolf. but thats just my opinion!
aslo could be the scanner killed it XD
