Siwon lives in a relatively peaceful household together with his father, mother and younger brother in Gwangju. Just like any average Korean, Siwon spent most of his time in school and attending extra classes in an academy; preparing for college entrance exams. He hated studying but never really complained because he didn't have anything he wanted to pursue. When his dad gifted him his first macbook, Siwon started playing around with the apps in it and stumbled upon garageband, an app that allows users to create their own music. The app piqued Siwon's interest and before he realized it, he spent hours creating random beats. He only casually listened to songs before but never really thought about the process behind it, and that fascinated him. Siwon finally found something that he wanted to pursue. Fortunately, his dad allowed him to attend an arts college and was actually proud Siwon was finally passionate about something. Hence, he attended Haneul College.
