Hello lovelies!!!

I've wanted to thank you guys for a while already (when I reached 300 watches), but ofc I would be late again T~ T ! However, I'm finally finished with a drawing, where I could show my gratitude.
I hope you all like it!

The picture itself contains things I absolutely love. First of all, it's Kuroko from Kuroko no Basuke wearing a suit Luhan did for Valentines Day this year (he's from EXO). He was also holding a rose which I found perfect to show how much I love this community here (cheesy cheesy Sayu lmao). It somehow turned out like something you would see in a dream laffs.. with all these roses in the background and petals flowing in the air haha!!

The reason why I'm holding an art raffle and giveaway (even though 400 doesn't sound much to you but it means a lot to me) is because dA helped me out of a really deep art slump I had going on for years. I was extremely discouraged when I saw all these good artists improving rapidly while I had the feeling that I would never improve. I got so discouraged by that I almost entirely stopped drawing for 2-3 years which I regret bitterly because if I didn't give up back then I could have improved so much in these years as long as I practised everyday!!
I timidly posted first drawings again last year just out of.. fun.. I think. And I was so greatful for comments and faves, no matter how few they were, they really cheered me up and supported me! (I didn't expect any tbh)
I kept trying and I was lucky to get invited into events like the Secret Santa, getting to be part of a wonderful artbook (Please check here haha quick promotion ) or drawing the cover of a Free! Fanfiction Fanbook (here lol ), that kind of 'forced' me out of my comfort zone. I think I improved most with these things, because I had to draw proper backgrounds which I never did before and feared so much - but it turned out half as scary as I imaginded (I sound so much like Asahi). To be honest, painting realistic things like flowers, plants and cakes is what I enjoy most these days, which I could have never expected in the past. You always have to try and believe in your future self!

I still lack lots of self-confidence like my coloring and angst to draw more dynamic poses. But I know, when I keep trying, I will be better. When I was so self-conscious with my coloring last year, it was you guys who cheered me up and told me that it looked good and that you look forward to more. These words are such great support to me!

Last but not least, here is the journal about the art raffle and giveaway!
It's my first time doing this and I'm quite nervous about various things... but I hope the watchers who participate will enjoy it!

(I'll also rarely do this because I'm slow REALLY SLOW at drawing like I need sometimes 3 days to finnish a coloring orz... so until I'm quick enough there won't be another raffle or even commissions even though I want to o<-<)
