I’ve been wanting to use Genesis/M5 for a while, but didn’t make any characters I liked for him to use. So I decided to try and recreate one of my M4 characters, I picked Nick since I like using him a lot. It took a while to get him right, have some trouble with GenX morphs messing up his eyes. So I had to do a lot of dial spinning and add just a bit of GenX morphs to make him look like his old self. I also took the time to morph is body to look similar to his old one too. I gave him a new skin texture since the old one didn’t seem to line up on his face, making him look strange.Been working on making my lighting look a bit better also, so I was trying out different kinds of lights I don’t normally use.

Gorgeous, absolutely gorgeous. And the cool thing is that he looks like a straight-haired and less muscly version of my husband ! The face, eyes and hair color are almost exactly like him, wow. o.O

Seeing your 'Nick Conversion' done in Genesis using GenX and lots of dial spinning work is really tempting me to migrate to 4.5. The lighting and realism are just stunning here. WOW

Thank you so very much! I find that 4.5 renders a bit faster then 4 so it worth upgrading for that.
Converting Nick to Genesis and GenX was a lot of hard work! Some times the conversion doesn’t work for my characters at all. I don’t know how many times I tried to make Nick it was over 7 different versions. I had to do a lot of dial spinning because even with GenX he didn’t look like himself. I had to use a different texture on him because the old one I used look out of place on him too.
I tried to convert Silvan and that didn’t work at all, no about of dial spinning could fix it. And the same thing happened with another character I made for M4. So I just got really luck with Nick it seems.
