Here's darkplinkoid's 11th request of the year. This one is of Zoey and Dijonay from The Proud Family swimming underwater in the lake with their swimsuits from the episode, "Psycho Duck", with flippers. This is more of a part 2 of the last request, since both have the same characters and setting from the same show and episode.Originally drawn in pencil.
