I did this because I feel like my skills are getting rusty.about 5 hours based on a stock photo by

mostly done in painter IV with finishing touches in photoshop
by the way this is not a paint over.

This is rusty? Bah! Beautifully done. One thing though...her left eye's undershadow is much darker than the right's...it almost looks as though she was shedding a tear and her mascara started to run. While I know that I'm nowhere near your experience level, I figured I'd point it out anyway....unless that was the point...in which I'll feel like a total ass.
