I decided to make a humorous comic about the official cancellation of Dan Vs., and how plenty of people know the show "Dan Vs." because of "My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic". (Well, thank the Hub for that due to the Pinkie Pie/Dan promos. lol)
I however discovered Dan Vs. through a random change to the Hub channel (the episode beingΒ "The Animal Shelter"), and I loved watching it later on. It's a unique cartoon that's just interesting and hilarious, and while I would have liked a Season 4, it had a great run of 3 seasons and a well done finale.

Its a real damn shame Dan vs had to get the axe by the HUB. It was one of their original flagship shows! And was the first one not based on an existing property. Here's to hoping Dan vs gets a reboot in the future.

Well, Dan's voice actor Curtis Armstrong said on his recent facebook post that Dan Vs. is indeed cancelled.

It wasn't recent unless he made another post. Besides Dan Mandel and The Hub claim the show is on hiatus.
Β Curtis Armstrong isn't high up enough for his word to over rule The Hub's let alone Dan's. I'm sure we would need word from The Hub, Dan/Chris, Starz Media or Discovery for this 'cancellation' to be official. Right now Dan Vs. is officially on hiatus.

Curtis has brought as much information to let us know that the show is cancelled, and the post was made no more than a few weeks ago, so it is recent. Sure, the show could come back like some have (say, for example Futurama), but for now consider it done until something else comes up. It had a good run.

Perhaps but he has also made it clear he has no idea what's going on with Dan Vs. - he's been left in the dark. Besides I trust Dan and the sources I've talked to. Oh, and I checked his post was made on October 17, more than a few weeks ago.
I agree, Dan Vs. did have a good run, I would be really happy if Dan Vs. did a Futurama but for now I'm going to stick with the official word. Hiatus.Β

I'm happy that Dan Vs. had a good run. Personally, I have no regrets. I do support PinkieDan (Dan/Pinkie Pie). The least you can do is have Dan hug Pinkie with a tearful goodbye. That would be sad.
And yeah, regarding shows ending... Transformers Prime also ended but it ended in a high note. One that I find to be ONE OF THE BEST EVER. If you haven't seen Predacons Rising, I recommend you do so. It was awesome!

It actually did. The last episode "Summer Camp" was a flashback episode, showing how Dan and Chris became friends, so it was a sweet one.

I first ran into it when I saw ads for the Christmas special (Dan vs The Mall Santa), didn't look it up till after the Hub cancelled it though. Wish I had. It's a lot better than three quarters of what's on the regular Kid's cable channels.
