Sandy finds Speedy really annoying, because she is nothing more than a whiny, dim-witty, annoying, loud, obnoxious brat! First of all, much even like with "Bumper" (the purple Hummer customer), she is very extremely unlikable, her voice actor is very incredibly annoying, and she is absolutely unbearable to listen to as well, since she yells and squeals every time she speaks (though almost; not all the time). She is an obnoxious girly-type character who is also often whiny and over-excited about everything! She sounds like scratching fingernails against someone's brain (which Bobsheaux had even described in the review), and/or nails on a chalkboard! She is also insufferable too as well.
