So Taylor's new perfume came out last week : [link] and its actually really really amazing.
The advert for it was simply stunning so I was bored during my two free period and found a pic of her on my phone and sketched it up with my mechanical pencil (sorry if it looks scratchy) and that's it.

This is stunningly realistic, the shading is excellent, the proportions are extremely accurate, I love what you did with the hair. Do you have any tips for drawing such realistic portraits?

thank you I would say to study facial structure and anatomy, I know it sounds lame but drawing the circles and lines really does help when you first start drawing
