contest entry for the deviantPORTFOLIO ContestAdobe Fireworks, and dA v5...
My rendition of the deviantPORTFOLIO page (sounds pro already).
It uses the dA v5 color schemes and stylings, but none of the layout graphics are screen-capped, they're custom-made vectors.
The functions and ideas are explained IN the deviation, ad are a pain to read and scroll unless viewed full-screen... sorry
The Firefox extension I's talking about in there is by deviantEXPERIENCE: Panorama =dancewiththesky , and I love it.

..it's for the intro of the new deviantPORTFOLIO (I never get tired of typing that) thingit, that only, (as usual) SUBBED people like YOU! *points angrily* get, to show off their BEST stuff in a pro way, for potential customer, buyer, or hirer and stuff >_>
..and OBVIOUSLY (since the contest ended Monday) I didn't win it
...I wonder who did though...haven't been announced yet!

The whole idea sounds great... I couldn't think of how the dynamic scrolling bar bit would work with scripts either. o_O You could do it in flash but that's not very compatible.
So is it vertical scrolling to reach the profile section? people might get confused... Also a sign that labels there's a pull-out menu on the side would be helpful.

Looking awesome.
Though I very much hope you would have made it look more like a sequence of broswer-window screen captures. It's very hard to form the whole functionality of this thing now.
However, it's very original and I would vote for it and to try that out!

Well for one thing YOU don't have any good bengali fonts installed, otherwise you'd see them in regular size (Vrinda the Windows' default .bn fault sucks bad!) ... here, read STUDY this link Avro Keyboard .. warn you though you MUST have your Windows CD and better if you have SP2, good luck!
