Overall I think this shows promise but there are things I'd like to see done differently, not that that means there's anything wrong with it
It depends on the effect you wanted; if you're looking for a stylised image it's fine as is, but if you'd like it to be fairly realistic there are a few areas you might look at - the shadow under the lip (it's a bit formless), more detail in the hair and more definition on the lips maybe (plus highlights for the bottom lip perhaps?) The eye is pretty good but you've sort of lost the distinction between the individual lashes and the basic 'eyeliner' shape, the lower lid looks odd to me on the outside corner; I would tend to do one effect or the other but not both together in this way.
