Over the course of about two weeks, the story dept. was resposible for adapting the script into fully-fledged storyboards to be passed on to the animation and background departments. In reality, these were all drawn in one sitting over the course of about, oh, 12 hours. That includes the shot planning and thumbnail process. We were close to clinically insane by the time we stumbled out of that room. . . our hands certainly didn't work anymore!
