I recently deleted my "male" gemsonas because I was told that gems can only identify and appear female, but I asked a user I watch about it and its confirmed that gems usually start out as female or neutral when they are first created but can appear masculine and use different pronouns if they want after they regenerate.Name: Iolite

Personality: Iolite is a somewhat calm gem that can come off as very cold and distant or creepy to gems that don’t know him personally. He loves playing jokes and creeping other gems out on purpose, and has a somewhat eccentric attitude most of the time. It is uncommon for him to talk but when he does it’s usually a pun. Despite his weirdness, and he can straighten up when he needs to, especially when a gem he cares about is in need.
