Description
Rulue, of the Japanese puzzle game series Puyo Puyo, holding two of the game's stackable creatures, the Puyos. I doubt most of you have heard of it. Maybe you've played the retooled version for Western audiences on the Genesis Dr. Robotnik's Mean Bean Machine, but chances are that's slim too. No need in over explaining it I suppose. Rulue was a rival to the original game series lead, Arle, who was the unrequited love interest to the game's villain, who Rulue had affections for.Red's being a hater.

Fact: The word "Puyo" is correctly pronounced without the sound of the "u." This means that "Pyo Pyo," the correct pronunciation sounds similar to "Pew Pew" In other words, DON'T SOUND OUT THE "U!"

I think I had a Japanese version of Puyo Puyo for Game Gear....? If such a thing existed? I can't remember.

I don't even pretend to know another's thinking or train of thought. A video is cool by me, but if not I still would rather enjoy a conversation with you about your works & processes to the final product. It's been way too long since I have had another artist to communicate with. Finding DA is a gold mine, except for those artists too busy to be bothered with anyone extra besides their own networks.

There's seriously not enough of this girl out there. Never got a chance to play Puyo Puyo myself, but I really loved its character designs. Thanks for doing us all a huge favor by doing such a beautiful, more realistic take on her...and her pretty feet.

She's a very beautiful character. The pose and comedic portrayal of the Puyo's is awesome. Awesome coloring, detail and overall design as always. Keep it up.

Already told you, but just awesome all around. A nice cute/relaxing scene with a (surprisingly tough) character...of course, it helps that I adore Rulue anyway. ^^

Oh wow, seriously? Puyo Puyo? I'd seen this character before and felt like the US REALLY missed out on one supercute character like this one, but man, you did her the kind of justice I was hoping for. This is quite excellent! I love this soft coloring, the pinks are especially lovely.

Although I've heard of Robotnik's Mean Bean Machine, it doesn't even sound like a real game. Like, what the hell is Robotnik doing with his spare time? I thought he was trying to kill Sonic, not make chili or something. And I have also heard of Puyo Puyo, though I haven't played either game. But those ARE some lovely feet there!

There's not enough Rulue out there. Nothing like a barefoot Greek Goddess anime-looking chick I say. No wonder her minotaur bodyguard had a wet dream about her. I don't know why she got jealous with Arle's boots, though.
