This is actually a flashback (as will be seen in the 2nd page). It's my first attempt in using Chinese style art for a comic - using ink mixed with water to create this effect.Related content

It's a lovely backdrop you have going there. An interesting, active introduction too. And I like her expression there...she looks distant, sad or tired... I can't really pinpoint it.
