Description I read the new chapter, and I wasn't all that surprised XD I knew there was something more to his character than the clumsy sidekick he was.

Anyways, just something to put up before I leave for camping I won't be around for a week, maybe I can work on drawing scenery while im there XD I need some serious practice with that...

The manga hasn't actually said so yet. We are not sure who Tobi really is, but there is a lot of fan speculation as to if he is Madara or Obito. I myself don't think hes Madara though :l
