The coloured version of this pen drawing I did: Eternal Sailor Earth .

This sort of plays into a fan theory that I have about how things might have worked out, had history gone another way. Plus I also see the Golden Crystal as a Luke and Leia thing, not in terms of being siblings but in terms of a "No, there is another!" who could wield the crystal. Seeing as Mamoru can never actually *use* the Crystal, it would be nice if Earth could actually *have* a senshi who *could* use it. That's there this late night fever theory was birthed from.

This is not an OC; she is an alternative version of Queen Beryl. It runs on the idea that often comes up in the musicals, that Beryl was a member of the royal family - meaning that she would be someone with a connection to Earth's golden crystal. It is somewhat wasted on Mamoru who cannot harness its true power the way a female bearer could i.e. he cannot be a Sailor Senshi, so a female trusted with carrying the crystal makes sense from Earth's POV. Besides I always felt that Metalia's interest in Beryl did not solely stem from the power of her sadness and jealousy but her innate magical abilities to begin with - so it makes her a good candidate to be Earth's senshi.

It's all speculation and fan crazed wonderings. I just wanted to draw a pretty picture.
