Ah, the beauty of traditional Chinese dishes never ceases to make me hungry!
This dish not only comes across as hearty, but also as very clean and well prepared. The portion isn't over-sized either, which, I dare say, is only a plus. I'm used to fried rice looking almost as though ever but of it has been fried and it's always the same brown color that is typically not very appetizing to me. This, however, has a lot of color and it looks clean, as well as fresh.The lemons are a nice touch too! I have never actually thought of it myself, but it might actually add an interesting twist to the dish that I would very much like to try.
The high quality of the photo, of course, definitely does help and the bright colors make it stand out. Moreover, I love it when people show their talents in the culinary arts by posting it here! I don't get to see that very often. This is awesome, Vinny! Very well done indeed!
