Description My first attempt making these. I didn't expect they turned out so perfect! I love green tea truffles:

The 2 main Ingredients are:
3 OZ pure White  chocolate* (how to temper the chocolate: www.foodnetwork.com/recipes/te… )
1 tsp. green tea powder

Also you will Need:
Chocolate moulds (any shapes)

Directions:

1. Mix the tempered white chocolate with a teaspoon of green tea powder until well combined and no lumps.
2. Pour your chocolate into your moulds
3. Leave these chocolates  in a room temperature until they are set (You can place them in your refrigerator to speed up the process but when you take them out from the fridge and leave it to room temperature it will go soft.)

* You can use compound chocolate which is made out of vegetable oil instead of cocoa butter since it doesn;t need to temper it. You can heat it up using your microwave on high (20 seconds stir, 20 seconds stir and more stir until they are melted gradually) however it wont tastes good as real chocolate so personally I prefer real ones.

Enjoy!

Oh wow, despite appearing delicious, I rather fancy this photograph. It seems as if they were placed carefully and strategically in order to capture the viewers eye, but in an unintentional way. The soft sage/lime green of the tempting chocolates contrasts beautifully with the simple white, yet opaque background. The more I look at this photograph, the more I notice the little drizzles of chocolate off to the side, and I will point out that I wish there was a bit more of, which I believe would have enhanced the creamy, melted texture that you so gorgeously captured in this piece.

I always love how chocolate when put in a mold comes out shiny!...Let alone when it comes out

DA has changed so much, just 7 years ago there was NO food scene, people were still posting photos of their meals on FB tho.
