It's veggie pizza. Not vegan. There's cheese on there, and it's on bread, which is likely made with milk or eggs. I'm fairly certain a lot of vegans don't eat bread for that reason?

I just saw your profile that you live in Mexico
I think basil grows only in temperate weather. BAsil usually found in United States.
I am not sure if you can grow basil plants in Mexico because the weather is tropical, hot and humid.

We have different climates all over the Mexican Republic from the snowy Mountains of Chihuahua (it's a state, a city and a dog breed 
Anyway, Guadalajara, where I live is not as cold as Chihuahua nor as hot as Chiapas but my gardening skills are not that good... I'll try to refine my skills ... but I don't know when
