This is amazing! I really like your details and realsim. I would add a little more shading though, and couple more highlights to her hair. Also, her hand is kinda awkwardly placed, but the details are amazing. Studying foreshortening will help with placement. Overall, this is great and I can't wait to see more!

for shading i've already received couple of critiques about it before , i tried shading some parts but due to their small size it was difficult to fade it only with my hands , so i skipped this step in some areas .after some researches i found that i needed a tool as a tortillon , so now i'm learning how to work with it .. and working with proportions was the hardest part for me , so i agree with you about the mistakes you noticed ..

i think its a beautiful face but it would look more realistic if you would shade the face more so that it looks 3D.
the hair is really well done! Im always screwing this
so for me thats all you just need to shade darker and than it`ll be perfect

The draw is looking very impressive and good, but there are few things that I believe you can improve. I would like to suggest you in order to make a more realistic portrait, to give more details to the hairs drawing them "one by one". There is a very good tutorial that can help you in this, for me was very very helpful! [link] .
The second thing is that on her face you need to work more on tones for obtaining contrast that give more depth to the face; for this try to use a large variety of pencils from 9H to 8B. Also the right part of the face (the right eye and the right nostril) seems to be a little higher than the left one: this is an error that I often do too! Try to follow more strictly the trace line of the circle and cross.
At the end I still want to make you my compliments for the excellent portrait you did!
