The puzzled expression of this charming lady is due to what she has just been told by her roommate.

Having ran out of cigarettes she asked her if she could go out to buy some packets.

The gal has textually answered "Absolutely not! Your health is already precarious like this, you don't need to add tobacco and nicotine issues...".

She, incredulous, "What do you mean idiot? Don't you see how I am? I'm in need of them just to release stress...".

"If you want to ease stress you can play cards, read a book or, at most, bite your nails... but no cigarettes at all, at least until it depends on me!".

And having said that she gets out of the room, leaving the lady simply speechless.

Ten minutes later the poor thing is still like that, petrified...

Her look is rigid, so rigid that not even the plaster cast can match it...
