Heh, you mean the South Rim.

I'm really digging the mottled reds, yellows and blues as the clouds glide over the canyon. It's cool how the brightest highlights in the Canyon are right at the center of the photograph. The darkness at the bottom of the slide (?) gives us a chance to focus on the more interesting far-away details, but I'm curious to know why you didn't crop out the large, featureless, black areas.

Beautiful, classic scenery.

Oh yea, lol. I dont know why but sometimes I like seeing some nothingness in a photo and then to emerge the beauty of what lays ahead, its an affect I like, and hiking in the canyon you can been in the shade and near dark yet turn the corner and in you are in the sun and see so much color, it almost has that outside looking in feeling.
