it looks more like a sunset than a sunrise to me, just from the warmth that the sepia effect has added. i think the sepia effect is slightly too strong for this image. i dont know why i think that, i just feel that its a bit too dark and sepia-y.
i'm not making much sense...

ive driven past the mill when its been like this when the sky has been orange, it kinda looks odd, but nice and warm.

I like this shot of the mill best because it focuses on not just the mill. It gives it a more rural look because you have land and such in the pic. I also like the color.
