Merry christmas Wendy!This is *Almalphia 's character, almalphia. She was fun to draw
this was quick, 2-3 hours, and a lot of fun to do. I like her hair! The background and water isn't super detailed, but I hope you like it still!
digital, photoshop, 2-3 hours. no refs for anything.

I love how you have repeated the complementary colours purple in red in the water, the pegasus, and the sky.
The flowy lines in her mane, tail, wings, as well as in the grass and trees give this picture a feeling of fantasy.
I also really like how the flowers were done in an impressionist style. I think if you had taken the time to do each individually, the final outcome wouldn't have been as great (that's not quite the word I'm looking for, but it's all I can come up with...) as it is like this.
Overall, this picture is stunning and there is little, if anything, that I would change about it if I were you.

I agree with KwehCat about the flowers, if you had done each one individually it would've taken away the focus on the horse.
I think this is gorgeous. Just stunning. The purple sky and the purple horse....

I will in the new year be opening my stables finally...I have a lot of work to do, and the herd will be mostly purple, I will also have raptor steeds as a new equine branch off, with Zubo Nocturnous being the basis for the breed. The horses will have raptor (bird) wings and colors as well as some features such as eyes being sought after qualities! Not sure, I may keep the hers separate.

Awe I'm glad you think so! Purple is pretty awesome, I like pink better myself, but purple is great too. The horse's anatomy does have a lot of issues, I was sort of lazy with it... I'm glad it looks alright though!
