Description

This Person who inspired me to make my own bosses and thanking him for making old school pixelart:

I decided to make a boss sprite similar to Seiken Densetsu 3 using the first boss as a template and reference which I was inspired by and Cyangmou's Awesome Dragon Boss: cyangmou.deviantart.com/art/Dr…

I decided to do a Sea based of this boss instead of Land or sky based bosses so I use 16-bit color palette limited to 14 colors, Drawn the outline of this boss character, adding details to this Crab Boss, adding Claws and legs, and the most frustration part I ever had is animating the joints and it's parts along with animating the bubbles.

Why thank's. If a giant crab tries to destroy a city in real life how would we react?

lol oh okay. well hey if you team up with a guy whos great at coding and you being great at designing 8-it creatures of all kinds. thats just like a major bonus right there and a fun way to make even those small mini games on websites and make money from doing it too course its a lot of work lol but i just cant get over on how you can make these things and checking out your gallery. its nice because seeing your work reminds me of playing the older games when i was really young.

I appreciate that you ask me to work with people who can program the game but I'm unemployed but fortunately I am making a game for the people of the D.O.G.I. club from college which is far away in California. I just make pixel for fun as a tribute to old school games but it will took me several to a few days to finish my pixel art work. I agree that people cherish their childhood memories playing their favorite game that define them who they are.

But finding a person who is great at programming to work with can be hard. If I can find a friend who is great at programming at my college then I will do so.

Also, this crab reminds me of one of the phases of the Last Boss of Strikers 1945.

You're into more games you know about than I do. I was wondering if I can find a crab that can rival any enemy crabs in the video game genre? *thinks*

Eh, I dunno about that, but yes, Strikers 1945, the first one, had a shapeshifting final foe that had two of it's three phases of a Giant Enemy Crab. One of those crabs looked very similar to this one.

I'm sort of surprised you've never heard of Strikers 1945. It's one of my favorite WWII meets the future shmups.
