Description Station Five "Terminal Five" is located on Airport Blvd in South Bayside, East River County. It is home to Engine Five, Bayside Health Services Mass Casualty Unit, Bayside Health Services Medic Fifty One, Bayside Health Services Medic Fifty Two, Bayside Health Services Fifty Nine, and Bayside Health Services Sixty. Station Five is the only jointly run station between the Bayside Fire Department and Bayside Health Services, and is automatic aid fourth due to major emergencies to the Bayside International Airport. Bayside Health Services Medic Fifty One and Fifty Two respond strictly to the Bayside International Airport for patient transports to free up the East River County Fire/Rescue medic units stationed at the airport to remain on property. Station Five is part of Battalion Four, District Two.

In 1990 when Bayside EMS was absorbed into the newly formed Bayside Health Services, the joint run station they had with the Bayside Fire Department was included in the merger. The station served as the logistics center for Bayside Health Services until 1998, when the new facility was built out of Bayside Health Services Station One. When the new facility was built, BHS Fifty Nine and Sixty where moved there.
