So, I've been oil painting for quite a stretch now, and felt like I could use something a little different to mix things up a bit. I've never really used watercolor regularly, but I was gifted a set of Holbein watercolors and Caran D'Ache gouache for the holidays so I could experiment. Mostly, I've been doing forest scenes so far, that may stay the same, or eventually change, but for now, I'm having a good time exercising my whimsical side.
