She has a haunting look on her face. I think the lips could do with a little more softening around the edges to avoid that painted on appearance (loads of great tutorials for that here on dA). But her eyes really pop, and of course we all love a little speckle of freckle.

thank you very much for the advice , yes I need to work on the look on the face of my portrait. I always tend to look haunted or akward a bit. I don't really know how to fix this issue :/
