Description
I used a plethora of techniques and materials. First I made a drawing with watercolor and colored pencils, scanned it, and printed it out on high quality Japanese Kozo paper. Then I etched a precisely drawn matching copperplate, using hard ground for linework, aquatint for shading, and white ground for the background. I then used a technique called chine colle to paste the colored digital print underneath the inked image.
