Inspired by a true story which is based on the book that was turned into movie and then made into a crappy movie tie-in game. I just wanted a ticket. A expensive and overpriced ticket. While the person I had the pleasure communicating with wasn’t so blunt as in the comic, she still wasn’t too happy that I interrupted her marathon texting session for crazy things like a movie ticket. Since this comic is not to vent like some anti angry bird hipster (I already did that btw) so I will hide names in this article to protect the guilty… er innocent. This is not a random occurrence at this place, it seems that the employees in this movie theater are grumpy. I don’t blame them. This is why avoid going there in the first place and stay at home watching stuff on youtube and hulu ( if I have enough stamina to get past 80 ads before the show starts). It’s cheaper too.
