It's hard to wear a mask.
That being said, this picture makes a beautiful job of creating a depressing atmosphere, with its subdued colors.
My advice, to make it even better, would be to strengthen some of the shadows (especially on the demon's neck, the hair next to the demon's face and the back of the jacket).
