Ohhh, lovin' this. That outfit is great, sleek with a very fine n' classy amount of detail, and the coloration of her hair and wings is eye-catching. Fantastic pose, to boot!

The hair and skin took about three hours...I'm not sure about the clothes and wings, but probably a total of 10 hours plus minus o.o
