Those are contacts. At least the grey part. The yellow eye part, that should be white with humans was editet with GIMP

There are Sclera lenses out for buying, but those aren't exactly good for the eyes to wear over the course of hours, plus they are terribly expensive.
So editing in the yellow is by far more convenient and better for your health.

Where did you get the teeth and wig? Did you wig come pre-styled like that, or did you have to style it yourself? If so, how did you do it?

The teeth I got from dental-distortions. A US-Shop.
The wig came from a german seller, but all I did was cut it short.
There was nothing pre-styled. I only cut it in the back (reached originally to the waist) and the front (a little) so I could see.
