Lepi was deemed an off color for his refusal to fight and kill. He was sent to another position on a relatively peaceful planet, where he met his first boyfriend, Orange Pearl. Later, when they fled to Earth, they came into contact with Lepi’s old friend Bismuth and his husband Adam. Long story short, they all formed a polyamorous little group.
