I got a lot of really cool books for christmas. At the moment I'm reading "Dust Lands: Blood Red Road" by Moira Young which has definitely captured me already after the first lines. It's different, very exciting and emotional.
And it reminds me a bit of Suzanne Collin's Hunger Games series. So if you loved that books I'm pretty sure you will also love this one!
was listening to this epic song by Vitaliy Zavadskyy while I was drawing - he was writing it for the Hunger Games series but I think the atmosphere also fits so so well to "Dust Lands": [link]
btw burdge-bug inspired my art style but this time I didn't use any reference from her. Yay, I'm proud now!

Seems like you still have to wait a bit longer till my next Dustlands fanart comes out. I tried my best to be fast ... but I didn't get the characters good/right enough to post them; and now I can't draw for a while because I have too much to do with uni work.
But make sure to keep an eye out for Dustlands fanart in February!
