Maybe he did, I really thought they were red and I think it'd make him look more evil with red rather than pink.

I dont want to make you sad
But I have blood type A and im a perfectionist.
This,what they call " real people" disturbs me:
They have too small eyes and to big nose.fat lip forms
(haha you have to press the nose in the face it,to pop the eyes out the face to make it bigger)
People have too small heads,hair on the body,ughh,crocked teeth,
they are sick of all small thing(too shake from cold,get a fever),they could easily killed,have shoot weapon and make war)
they hate small children and are lazy,all the sex in the society):

Dude your portrait rocks! It has a great quality to it that I just can't put my finger on. It almost reminds me of the hand drawn ads for coca cola in the 50's and 60's. But I don't know why, maybe its the almost pristine background? I love the armor detail and textured highlighting in the breast plate and "dome protector". A similar, stronger, treatment on the rest of the helmet (especially around the face), would tie it all up nicely. The face is gorgeous and the character you've given it is great. Great job!
